Yes, Xiaomi Mi 7 will feature a well settle 3D face recognizing technology, the sources are pretty confident about it.
Xiaomi is solid with their mid-ranged smartphones the next Mi lineup might sport a Face recognizing technology much like Apples iPhone X .




The latest report comes via MyDriver, say that the Mi 7 will feature a facial recognition technology with dedicated sensors much like the iPhone X's Face ID. The report adds that the Chinese company is dropping the idea of under-display fingerprint scanner as was previously reported by GizChina.

Under-display fingerprint sensor is a feature long-expected to arrive on smartphones, and companies like Vivo and Huawei are reportedly working on bringing the tech. In fact, Synaptics recently confirmed that Vivo would be the first company to sport under-display fingerprint scanning.
