Here’s how to port your number out of Aircel to another Network As you know Aircel Files for Bankruptcy, The TRAI has asking the company to Generate Unique Porting Code to facilitate Mobile Number Portability to their Customers.  TRAI also asking the Network provider to Generate UPC's Which Will Remain valid till April 15,2018. They also Requested the provider to not reject Any porting out request.  How to port-out of Aircel’s network First you will need to send a text message with ‘PORT’, then space which is followed by your 10-digit mobile number to 1900 . Next, you will receive a message asking to confirm if you want to port-out. Reply with 'Yes' then You'll Receive a massage containing a Unique Porting Code. Next step is choosing a network. Now Choose A Network You want to Port In. Then Carry Your Adhaar Card And Required Documents And Go to nearest Sim store Or Retailer. Then Submit Your UPC code And Varify Your Identity...

Airtel, Airtel Payments Bank's eKYC Licence Suspended by UIDAI  In its strongest action yet, the UIDAI has temporarily barred Bharti Airtel and Airtel Payments Bank from conducting Aadhaar-based SIM verification of mobile customers using eKYC process as well as e-KYC of payments bank clients. The action follows allegations of Bharti Airtel using the Aadhaar-eKYC based SIM verification process to open payments bank accounts of its subscribers without their 'informed consent'. UIDAI also took strong objection to allegations that such payments bank accounts are being linked to receive LPG subsidy.
