In a much competitive year Smartphones Bezel Are going shorter and shorter. Even Low End Smartphones also shipped with 18:9 ratio screen Nowdays. Meizu gets an even better result. They are talking about an in-display camera which sits just under the same Graphene glass used for the display. The choice of Graphene as the material to make the front panel is because of its transparent nature which allows light to penetrate into the camera sensor. A light And proximity sensor is included under the display as we see in the patent.

That will be a great move forward to a perfect Borderless Display. And that will close to screen-to-body ratio of 100 Percent. The Patent Also shows that the earpiece might place in upper border of the front panel.
